For more than 40 years, Lake Placid Health and Rehabilitation Center has been a trusted part of the close-knit Lake Placid community in southern Highlands County. Known for its scenic lakes and year-round watersports, Lake Placid offers a peaceful, friendly setting – and our center reflects that same spirit of connection, comfort, and care.
Established in 1984, our 180-bed skilled nursing facility provides a full continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, and respite services. Our location directly across the street from AdventHealth Lake Placid offers added reassurance for residents and families, knowing advanced medical support is always close by.
